I'm actually contemplating spraying some 2K candy yellow paint over the blue links. It's transparent so it should come out green with the blue base shining through it. Anodized stuff are supposed to be a good base for paint. Slightly scuff iwth with steel wool.

Nice, I think the blue adds intrigue. How do you get on, climbing with the Jade? Love my Diamond and Topaz.

With a springer, you def can feel the inefficiency of your pedals stroke, however it's tolerable. Just have to think pedaling in circles, circles, circles. LOL! I got used to it and dont even notice it anymore. Like most everyone says about the Riot, you don't feel the weight when climbing. I was impressed.

What's the story behind the blue link? Green or black would have been the more obvious choice. Nicely done, regardless,

They were out of green link frames when I bought it on the Canfield Bros. website. In hindsight now, I shouldah gone with blank links. I didn't want an all blue highlight bike, and just thought it's make a nice contrast with the green.
