Shimano hooked me up with the Alfine hub so decided to give it a go. Got the DMR frame direct from UK with changeable 135x10 horizontal dropouts. Lots of interesting twists while building it up. Initial impression with the drivetrain is amazing. Rock solid and bike is absolutely noiseless. Not too light granny gear though so asks a bit of power to ride it. No mountains where I live so it is manageable. Looking forward racing it in the enduro races!
