I wouldn't necessarily say they are sped up. I could be wrong, but looks like a bunch was shot at 60fps and placed in a 24p timeline. If so, prob should have converted everything to 24p and then sped up the slomo shots to real time. Anything 60p played back in a 24p timeline looks weird since its shot at such a high frame rate.
