Nukeproof Pulse 2016 vs 2015 - Which is Faster? 2

Testing is a massive part of every riders’ pre-season preparation, but often new bikes are thrown into the mix, meaning a fresh start. Wideopenmag's young gun Charlie Hatton had the unique opportunity to test his outgoing race bike against the new 2016 Nukeproof Pulse downhill vessel.

Charlie headed out to his super top secret, under wraps, classified test track to see if he could better his previous best set on the 2015 Nukeproof Pulse. The 2016 model is a very different beast altogether and while Charlie is certainly looking quick, but will the numbers add up?

The latest Pulse has been fine tuned with the feedback from inside line legend Sam Hill. Sam and the CRC PayPal team have been thrashing these during the 2015 race season and the Wideopen boys are stoked to have them under their team riders for this year. Longer, slacker, lower and lighter for 2016, the Pulse is some beast.

Dive into the video and see if Charlie can beat his elusive 1:09.
