Loaded the bucket with the heaviest sh't I could find. 17.5 kg.
Probably all single speed chain rings can do this. It has to do with tooth length and to some extend tooth with. A wider tooth will limit the gap between ring and chain in this dubious test. And a wider teeth adds weight without adding longevity. Because wear on a chain ring isn't tangential put at a slight angle into the ring.
