big fan of the "XX", finally glad to see some ring combos that are not 22/32. and the additional gears in the back mean more speed on the highs, but still being able to spin the lows. all this at a good price point = thumbs up.
Sram needs a DH groupo. I'm so woried that we will have to use a ten speed cassette on our DH bikes. I think my XO setup with a road cassette would be perfect if there were only 7 cogs in the cassette.
I'm stoked, I've built 2 XX bikes so far and that stuff is schweet! Though I am surprised to see it go 10 at the x-7 level, and is that carbon fiber on the r. der cage? Whats left for x-9?

Thats a pretty good point! I guess XX is the X-0 equivalent, but I figured X-9 would be the next step for the 10 speed. SRAM hubs too... (I know they own ZIPP)
